Have you ever gone out for Mexican and wondered how the hell they make black beans taste so good?
Turns out the secret is in the sauce.
I spent the afternoon recently figuring out how give them some oomph. Here’s what I discovered:
- Pour the whole tin in a pot (including the water)
- Add chopped spring onions
- Add chopped garlic
- Dash of paprika
- Sprinkle of thyme
Cook for 5-10 minutes. Serve on wrap or with Mexican Rice Bowl!
